Position: Flooring Installer - Delivering Craftsmanship and Excellence

As a contract Flooring Installer at Floor Coverings International Seattle Shoreline, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch quality and craftsmanship in every project we undertake. Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully prepare and install flooring following company procedures with meticulous attention to detail and care.

• Maintain an organized and clean inventory of tools, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.

• Familiarize yourself with the scope of each project in advance and review project files to ensure seamless execution.

• Handle company machinery and power tools responsibly and efficiently.

• Utilize your understanding of units of measurement and basic math skills to perform accurate calculations.

• Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner, creating an atmosphere of trust and professionalism in their homes.

• Uphold the highest company standards, consistently delivering top-quality work.

Qualifications:

• 5 years in flooring installation

• Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly

• The position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting

• This position travels to various work locations throughout the week

• Licensed and Insured
