Primrose School of Cupertino located at 1002 S De Anza Blvd, San Jose, CA 951259 is seeking full time floater Teacher.

We are looking for a teacher who is warm hearted and who can introduce play-based activities and give children the care and love their need. intuitive teacher to provide learning with a lot of verbal focus and provide potty training support for our child. The desired Teacher should be fun, playful, engaging and attentive, and must be willing to collaborate and connect with the child's parents.

Qualifications

• 12 or more core units in Early Childhood Education Required.

• Work experience in a licensed child care facility as a floater or support Teacher.

• Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency (Title 22) including immunization, health screening, finger-printing and background check

• Must be able to lift up 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergencies.

• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality

• Highly professional and dependable

• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide rest, meal, and bathroom breaks to classroom teachers.

• Substitute for classroom teachers for call-outs

• Observes all rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children

• Assist classroom teachers in curriculum and classroom management.

• Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions as determined by the Director

• Maintains a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times
