Float Nurse

The PALM Health Float Nurse will be responsible for assisting PALM Health members receiving medical, wellness, or complementary services. Key strengths and responsibilities include:

• Strong IV skills

• Able to cover the clinical nurse coordinator including triage when needed

• Will help to cover patient checkouts

• Able to cover for an MA

• Is adaptable and flexible and can competently work across several departments

• Thrives with changing duties and environments and an unpredictable routine

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in nursing (required)

• Two years medical office experience (required); will consider other combinations of education and experience settings

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of practice (required)

• Completion of course work in medical terminology & medical records (preferred)

• Phlebotomy training (preferred)
