Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours

• 12-10-8-6-5-4 hours shift

• Day shift/Night Shift

• Monday to Friday availability

• Weekend availability

• Self-determined schedule

• Differentials available

• NEEDS TO PROVIDE FLEXIBLE HOURS

Care Delivery:

To provide the highest quality of care to Accord Care clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.

• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.

• Help with general light housekeeping.

Requirements Include:

• PCA or HHA Certification (Required)

• Valid Drivers License and access to a personal car

• Must provide full time hours (Includes some weekends, and holidays)

• This is a FLOAT FULL TIME position, must be comfortable with driving to all areas of Suffolk County

• Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
