Job Summary

The Flight Training Scheduler is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and maintaining the flight training schedule in support of all flight training, corporate flights, and other internal and external needs. The Flight Training Scheduler will also be responsible for maintaining adequate records, supportive data, and auditing the scheduling software. The Flight Training Scheduler serves a key role in the Flight Training and Ownership team as a single point of contact for scheduling needs between Flight Operations, Executive teams, and other departments within Cirrus Aircraft. As a Scheduler with Cirrus Aircraft, will be expected to maintain the schedule far enough in advanced to allow for all departments to adequately prepare, coordinate, and plan for the events scheduled.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Plan, coordinate, build, and maintain the flight operations schedule far enough in advanced to allow departments adequate time to plan, coordinate, and prepare for the demand and capacity needs.

  • Assist the Flight Training and Ownership team, Flight operations team and Delivery experience team with capacity and demand modeling.

  • Coordinate with the Fleet Administration team regularly to schedule aircraft that are needed for flight training, corporate movements, and ferries to meet the needs of Cirrus Aircraft.

  • Assist the Flight Training and Ownership team with adjusting the schedule to meet internal and external customer needs.

  • Coordinate with and schedule the movement of customer aircraft from Duluth, MN to Knoxville, TN and various locations around the United States.

  • Receive, coordinate, and schedule all corporate flight requests.

  • Manage the supportive data that allows for proper scheduling and record keeping.

  • Schedule personnel in accordance with FAA FAR's and Cirrus Aircraft policies and procedures.

  • Maintain, track and schedule pilot currency for company pilots.

  • 2 years of Dispatcher, Crew Scheduling, or Business administration

  • Associates degree in Aviation Management

  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.

  • Exhibit exceptional problem solving, resource management, and time management skills to fix problems in an

efficient and effective manner.

Job Summary: The Flight Training Billing Analyst enhances the customers' experience before, during and after flight training in order build lifelong customer/owner relationships. The Flight Training Billing Analyst is responsible to manage a variety of accounting activities including but not limited to processing invoices for billing customers, collecting customer payments, direct communication with customer regarding the billing of their account, supporting other members of the Flight Training Account Management and accounting teams as needed, among other activities. The Flight Training Billing Analyst must be enthusiastic in fostering Cirrus aircraft owners in the Cirrus Life training experience. The position is based at the Cirrus Vision Center in Knoxville, TN. Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions: * Oversee and develop all aspects of the flight training customer billing cycle, from training deposits to final invoicing for a global customer base. * Collaborate with Flight Training Account Management, Sales, and Accounting teams to ensure invoicing is accurate to provide a world-class customer experience. * Develop processes to ensure that all Flight Training Billing Analyst processes are scalable for future business growth across all Cirrus training locations. * Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that issues are resolved in a prompt and professional manner. * Maintain and create customer accounts and contacts in the ERP software. * Analyze data from multiple systems and reconcile discrepancies. * Responsible to issue and receive upwards of $5 - $10 million in annual flight training revenue. * Participates in special projects across departments and provide directional feedback. * Follow-up on delinquent payments. * Manage all inbound customer payments using various payment methods.
