The Test and Evaluation (T&E) Flight Test Instrumentation Integrator will support the FTI and Data Processing Senior Manager to ensure execution of Flight Test Instrumentation and Data Processing team tasks are being accomplished to contractual requirements across all Lines of Business (LoBs). The FTI Integrator works across T&E, AVE, and E&T to provide solutions to programmatic issues related to flight test instrumentation and data processing activities. The responsibilities of this role encompass but are not limited to the following: coordinate with assigned PM, FTEs, project engineers to ensure execution of FTI and DP tasks; provide an escalation path for technical issues and assist Sr. Manager in path forward; provide assessment of program priority requests and impacts to overall FTI and DP team execution and schedules; identify risks and opportunities for the FTI and DP team related to project objectives; support Basis of Estimate generation, internal program cost and schedule reviews, and technical performance metrics. The Sr. Manager for FTI and DP looks to the FTI and DP Integrator as the technical SME and authority for innovative solutions to program requirements, risk mitigation, and technical performance for the execution of Fort Worth Flight Test Instrumentation and Data Processing activities.

Basic Qualifications:
20 plus years of Flight Test Experience related to Flight Test Instrumentation and Data Processing on various platforms
Experience leading projects or initiatives
Previous leadership experience
Experience in developing proposals, business capture, or program performance metrics
Supplier and/or subcontractor management experience related to FTI and DP technical requirements criteria and performance
Bachelors degree in a STEM related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

Excellent communication/coordination skills
Project management experience
Experience working with senior leadership
Proven track record of developing innovative FTI and DP solutions for various platforms with successful implementation

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
