Flight Operations Supervisor
Bell is seeking a Flight Operations Supervisor to join Bell's Flight Research Center. This position is based at Bell Arlington, TX.
What you'll be doing as a Flight Operations Supervisor.
Provides daily work assignments for all Flight Operations Union covered employees
Responsible for meeting daily customer and schedule commitments for the Flight Operations environment
Supervise and monitor the Flight Operations environment to ensure a safe and hazard free workplace
Meets all goals which support deliverables including Safety, Quality, Schedules and Costs associated with Flight Operations.
Skills You Bring To this Role
Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience or combination of education and experience.
A&P License required.
At least 1 year direct supervisory experience over hourly, non-exempt, employees strongly preferred.
Successful applicant must have excellent oral and written communications skills, be goal-oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
Proven success in leading team through a continuous improvement environment.
Successful applicant should be creative, entrepreneurial, and an empowering team leader.
Experimental Flight Operations experience preferred.
Some travel is required (10%).
