Job Description
Summary
The Flight Demo Customer Specialist (AVO I) reports directly to the Flight Demo Manager and is responsible for building the equipment loadouts, preparing for Flight Demonstrations, organizing facilities for Customer Service Visits, maintaining the internal team calendar, keeping accountability of the bailment pool for the customer loaners, and will organize and track the internal equipment pool. This role will primarily support the internal team but will have the opportunity to assist in larger events and travel to events if necessary.
Position Responsibilities
Perform flight demonstrations in Support of AV product line
Will develop an extensive knowledge of AV's products/services and current operational procedures to ensure proper application
Works with internal engineering staff to identify product/technology needs and assist in testing/deploying products
Schedule coordination and organization
Equipment organization and accountability
Maintaining of team owned facilities and assets
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is highly preferred or relevant experience in a similar job setting.
Minimum 2+ relevant experience
Be knowledgeable in military tactics, operations, GPS and Navigation utilizing map and compass
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency with office software, productivity tools and relevant flight software
Clean driving record required in order to drive company vehicles
Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies
Prior military experience highly desirable
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Demonstrates communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others across disciplines
Demonstrates above average computer skills and proficiency with office software and productivity tools
Focuses on teamwork, collaboration and puts the success of the team above one's own interests
Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products

Physical Demands
The salary range for this role is:
$24 - $34
