Elevate Jet has an immediate opportunity for a Flight Coordinators/Followers in our Seabrook, NH office.

The primary objective for this position is to represent Elevate Jet in a confident and professional manner by supporting managed aircraft clients, crews and the Flight Operations Team.

Flight Coordinators will coordinate and support both domestic and international flight planning, issue flight crew briefings and issue en route updates as necessary ensuring uncompromising safety to both our external and internal clients.

The Flight coordinator must have a strong knowledge of company procedures and aircraft operations.

Primary duties include:

Provide on-demand trip support services which include, problem analysis, diagnosis, and resolution.

Support domestic and international flight planning and logistical support to crew members.

Provide concierge support to VIP clients as needed.

Provide enhanced flight following of aircraft movements to each client.

Analyze and respond appropriately to potential issues such as mechanical or weather-related that may result in delays or trip interruptions.

Communicate aircraft maintenance status to each client and coordinate backup lift when client aircraft is not available.

Update and ensure Flight Operating System (FOS) has current data for aircraft status from maintenance, crew availability and confirmed trips.

Support scheduling and dispatch team for all Elevate Jet clients/crew as needed.

Work cross-functionally with both internal and external customers to coordinate accurate delivery of information.

Provide effective and efficient methods to reduce costs in international trip handling services.

Coordinate with maintenance planning, crew scheduling, and ground services and other departments for trip support and during irregular operations (IROPS).

Ensure that the emergency response plan is followed as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma

Combination of 3 years experience in Transportation Dispatching/Coordination, Concierge Services and VIP Customer Service

Experience with Flight Operating System (FOS) (or similar)

U.S. DOT FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License (a plus)

Must be able to understand aviation weather forecasts and reports in order to communicate to crew members

Must be proficient in FARs 91-121-135.

Must be able to multitask, have great attention to detail and be knowledgeable in managing conflict resolution

Be able to work well within a team environment; make immediate decisions for clients and pilot/crew member needs

Must have excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience

Relocation: Negotiable

Travel: 10%

All Team Members drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and cutting counter accuracy. Inventory Coordinator's will review inbound product deliveries and work schedules to ensure delivery coverage. They will also maintain backroom standards by accurately processing freight and taking full account of physical inventory to ensure product is continuously flowing to the sales floor. This team member is fully accountable for annual physical inventory of the store. The Inventory Coordinator will also embody characteristics and perform duties of Brand Ambassador, Operational Excellence, Business Acumen, and Inspirational Leader. BRAND AMBASSADOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE * Greets every JOANN customer and uses the F.A.S.T. service model to meet the customer's needs * Asks open-ended questions to learn about customers' project needs and escorts them to the desired product's location * Engages in friendly conversation with customers about their projects while serving them at the cutting counter, cash register, and sales floor OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE * Performs on-hand counts of physical inventory throughout the back room and sales floor to ensure all inventory is accounted for * Receives and unloads truck deliveries with close attention to detail and ensures freight is organized and undamaged * Processes freight received from trucks to ensure all merchandise is accounted for and ready to be sent to the sales floor when necessary * Cleans and organizes the back room and maintains high standards in the cleanliness and quality of their work area * Stocks shelves accurately according to planogram while maintaining a high level of productivity and close attention to detail BUSINESS ACUMEN * Consults with store management regarding inventory discrepancy and product flow issues to reduce shrink * Merchandises product in a way that catches the customer's attention and promotes sales * Constantly improves processes and seeks innovative ways to create a better flow of inventory throughout the store INSPIRATIONAL LEADER * Works closely with store management to ensure that incoming freight has a strategic plan for movement onto the sales floor * Communicates freight plan to other team members and promotes whole store participation in the movement of freight * Partners with store management to align scheduled hours with the inbound product flow to create full workload coverage * Monitors team member work practices and provides guidance on receiving/stocking store policies QUALIFICATIONS * Must be 18 years or older * Preferred: high school diploma or GED * 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer centric environment * Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Jo-Ann Fabrics Seabrook NH
