Our Flight Coordinator: Concierge Deliver Client Service around the World!
PJS is recruiting to add to our Concierge team. Whether traveling with a professional sports team for the duration of a season, working with a rock band on their tour, or accompanying a corporate client on an incentive trip, the Concierge is responsible for providing superior client service and serving as a PJS brand ambassador. When not traveling, the Concierge work in our Seabrook, NH office as part of the in-house Client Services team.
Flight Coordinator: Concierge
Coordinates all aspects of the flights including, but not limited to: catering, commissary, manifests, ground handling, passenger screening, in-flight service and cost reconciliation.
Travel onboard 121 flights or other charter flights as assigned as the in-flight concierge to ensure all procedures are implemented as planned. Collect fuel, handling receipts and flight logs on all ACMI flights. Send flight movement messages
Coordinate charter details
Coordinate airport procedures: ground handling, fuel, commissary, security, and vehicle ramp access. Coordinate catering arrangements and any other ancillary client requirements.
Facilitate communication and assist with processing of paperwork between ground transportation companies, carrier, ground handler and the team
Trip-coordination, trip briefs, manifests, and all associated paperwork.
Work on the in-house Client Service team when not traveling
Act as PJS brand ambassador by meeting clients at FBO before/after flights and visiting existing and potential new clients in their office locations to inform them of our brand offerings.
This position requires frequent weekend, holiday, and evening work. Domestic and International travel is required 80%+ of time.
Often time spent out at the aircraft prepping - both on the aircraft an outside on the ramp
Ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly
Frequent and repeated bending, stretching, standing, walking, carrying
If assigned to a professional sports team, the Concierge may live in an assigned city for the duration of a team's schedule or other defined time period.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience with and proven knowledge of FAR-135 and/or FAR-121 operations, regulations, and current marketplace/equipment available or
Minimum 5 years of experience in a prior Corporate Aviation Flight Support or FBO role; or Minimum 5 years of service industry background: restaurant, caterer or event planner.
Demonstrated willingness to multi-task and to providing world-class service.
Demonstrated capacity to deliver affirmative control of flight logistics and support.
High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to act as an ambassador of the PJS brand to help grow company culture.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to look, dress and act professionally.
Must be able to pass a 5 year criminal background check and drug screening.
Must have current passport.
