Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the food service establishment, including food preparation, service, and sanitation. Ensure that all food and beverage items meet quality and presentation standards.

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate food service staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor budget to ensure cost-effective operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and specials that meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.

Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
