As an LLV Messenger at Brink's, you'll operate an armored vehicle and oversee the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables. You'll work to ensure every stop runs with precision and professionalism. LLV routes are typically staffed by only the LLV Messenger, this position should be comfortable working in a self-directed environment.

Your Role as an LLV Messenger:

We're the backbone of modern finance, transporting high-value goods to banks and businesses with a significant level of responsibility. Our LLV Messengers work in a performance-oriented environment and take ownership of vital work that protects cash liabilities and helps businesses run.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations

  • Maintain the safety, security and control of the armored vehicle at all times

  • Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions

  • Remain alert and prepared at all times, not only protecting the crew or premises against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss

  • Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business

  • Other duties as directed

A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.

Additional requirements include:

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Completion of all Department of Transportation requirements

  • Experience in at least one of the following: fleet driving experience, security experience is preferred.

  • A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements

  • Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses

  • Chauffeur's license OR ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana and Michigan residents only)

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and all other essential job functions as measured by the Brink's Human Performance Evaluation.

The Ideal Candidate

Are you cut from the Brink's cloth? We prefer candidates with either messenger or professional driving experience. Preference is also given to candidates with protective service or military background.

The candidate will work mostly in the inpatient setting but could cover outpatient at times. The hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. The candidate will be required to work rotating weekends and holidays. Purpose: Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients. Responsibilities: * Achieves and maintains a level of productivity which meets or exceeds the standards established for the facility by the organization. * Adheres to and supports the organizational policies, procedures and the mission,including the Corporate Compliance Program and its Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations. This includes acceptance of the responsibility to report to the appropriate person(s) any suspected unethical, incompetent, or illegal activities or conduct. * Attends and actively participates in staff meetings, staff development, departmental committees and in-service education programs. * Compiles and reports accurate data for the financial, statistical and administrative needs of the Speech-Language Pathology Programs. * Coordinates the evaluation, scheduling and treatment programs of clients referred for Speech-Language Therapy. * Independently pursues professional growth and development related to this position and in lines with the mission and activities. Presents in-service and educational programs. Participates in community education and/or continuing education programs sponsored by the organization as requested. * Maintains a high level of confidentiality. * Maintains a positive attitude and provides excellent customer service characterized by caring, concern and support for the public, supervisors, employees and coworkers. * Maintains accurate progress notes and professional records on all patients seen for speech pathology services. * Maintains current status of all pertinent criteria necessary to satisfy competency requirements for regulatory and accrediting agencies such as OSHA, TJC and CMS and practitioner requirements for participation as a health care provider including but not limited to: required CEU's, current professional license; current curriculum vitae; current CPR certification; current TB test; current competencies in safety, age and equipment; and in some cases current automobile license and current automobile insurance. Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. * Obtains complete and pertinent historical information on all clients referred for Speech-Language Pathology services. * Performs all job responsibilities and other duties as assigned by the facility or the organization in a manner that coincides with the mission. * Prepares diagnostic and evaluative reports with recommendations for each person seen for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology services. * Prepares necessary time records. * Provides appropriate diagnostic evaluative services for all clients referred for Speech-Language Pathology services. * Provides appropriate speech pathology treatments for all clients for whom such services are beneficial. Qualifications * MS, MEd or MA in Speech-Language Pathology Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) or meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of completing his or her Clinical Fellowship year. Act 33 and 73 clearances required.
