As a Fleet/DOT Analyst, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities As a Fleet/DOT Analyst, you are responsible for Fleet, DOT, and GPS programs in coordination with the Corporate Fleet Department, assisting drivers and managers with guidance and requests regarding various aspects of fleet management and compliance with DOT regulations.

In addition, you will:

Track and record the location of vehicle and driver, vehicle transfers from driver to driver, and market to market and temporary assignments of pool vehicles. Maintain a database of driver addresses and phone numbers.

Coordinate appropriate documentation of vehicles for drivers as needed within the markets, i.e., toll and speeding violations, lost registrations, and stolen tags.

Arrange delivery and verify receipt of the driver's ARI operation manual and maintenance coupons, insurance cards, vehicle logo, and ID decals. Collect and summarize data to provide fuel expenses, mileage, driver status, vehicle inventory, and other reports as needed.

Maintain database of driver MVRs, collect monthly from random 10% driver pool.

Review Fleet related invoices for accuracy. Handle vendor quotes for vehicle decals and negotiate the cost.

Attend ongoing training.

This position will require knowledge of fleet administration and DOT compliance and a thorough understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance criteria. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications About You: You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred You possess strong troubleshooting problem-solving skills specifically relating to vehicle issues Must be organized, able to multi-task, and have strong attention to detail Position will require excellent communication skills with exposure to all levels of management.

Extensive knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office software Hard work pays off.
