We're looking for an Fleet & Safety Administrative Assistant to join our team at Communications Construction Group, LLC (CCG) and help connect America. The Fleet & Safety Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the department in the day-to-day operations in a warehouse environment.

*This is an on-site position located at our office in Rising Sun, MD. Maintaining up to date files and records Assist the Safety Director in maintaining employee files Receive and Input weekly Vehicle and Equipment Reports Scan Motor Vehicle Reports Data entry of various data bases Photocopy and file reports Communicate with field to resolve any issues with paperwork Assist in the titling of Company Vehicles Deliver and Pick up paperwork and files Follow up/close small damage claims Qualifications Must have strong/advanced computer capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, email & internet research Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects with short term goals.

Problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail are required.

Must have outstanding quality control skills. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening.
