Fleet Receivables Analyst

A Day in the Life:

This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical duties associated with receivables. Performs a variety of functions to support the receivables related to our fleet, including high level research and analysis, reconciliations, and accommodating specialized billing requests for top accounts.

We expect the starting salary to be around $44k; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.

We're gearing up for our move to Oklahoma's mission critical business and technology campus- 7725 Connect, located at 7725 W Reno Ave, OKC, OK 73127. This move is scheduled for November and this location will be the new onsite requirement for this position moving forward. Depending on start date, there may be an instance of where the new hire will temporarily work at the existing location of 5601 NW Expressway until the move occurs. What You'll Do:

• Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports.
• Ensure integrity and quickly resolve issues, rates, electronic billing.
• Use analytical techniques to provide meaningful data.
• Review and complete system updates as requested by Leader.
• Use customer service/analytical skills to handle billings and phone calls.
• Inter-Company shared duties of Inter-company accounting, settlement schedules and journal entry preparation.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Customer Service experience highly desired
• Associate degree in business or related field required
• Analytical Skills
• General accounting knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Intermediate excel skills
• Must be able to manage multiple assignments
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must have strong time management and organization skills
• Good decision making skills
