The Fleet Manager is the key interface with B787 Operators from an in-service perspective and supports end-use operator relationships in conjunction with Field Service Representatives (FSR) and Customer Support Managers (CSM). Responsible for the for the program's overall in-service success. This success is measured by the terms and requirements of the Product Support Agreement (PSA), the business success as measured by internal metrics, and overall customer satisfaction. Fleet Management: The Lead, B787 has leadership responsibility for Fleet Management team and responsible for B787 airline customers. Role covers all aspects of the operator relationship, including but not limited to technical, commercial, and industrial support. Will work in conjunction with Field Service Managers (FSM) and Customer Support Managers (CSM). The Fleet Management Team, in coordination with the APM, has the leadership role for all operator Entry Into Service (EIS) activities as well as in service issue resolution and related improvement activities.
