Key responsibilities will be:
Plan, organize, coordinate and execute asset acquisition and all related reporting and titling activity.
Responsible for DOT compliance, working directly with fleet coordinators to ensure safe driving practice and document retention.
Develop and maintain metrics to improve fleet program cost effectiveness and safety performance.
Oversee insurance, registration renewals, maintenance approvals, and other administrative duties.
Analyzing and reporting data from various systems - Meeting timelines and service level agreements for multiple simultaneous responsibilities
Providing written and verbal communication to a large workforce across multiple sites and time zones
Following all required DOT and FMSCA regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail.
Use of standard workplace technologies, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adherence to all required safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
