Provide professional and timely service to customers regarding warranty claims. Retain the ability to manage multiple primary duties simultaneously. Research, monitor, and coordinate fleet management vehicles. Coordinate logistics services provided by Lift Power's Transportation Department, ensuring all records are accurate and D.O.T. compliant.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims
Document, track, and review warranty claim resolutions
Identify, organize and prepare warranty parts for return to manufacturer
Source LPI Vehicle repairs and process sublet billing for LPI vehicle invoices
Dispatch all company transportation drivers
Review driver's daily logs for ELD compliance
Coordinate scrap battery loads and maintain accurate records for EPA compliance
Keep assets and driver profiles updated
Track vehicle maintenance and repair costs
Provide driver scores for reviews
Create and process purchase orders
Apply for Vehicle registrations and permits and maintain D.O.T compliance
Work closely with safety manager, service leadership and dispatchers
