Fleet & Facilities Manager

The Fleet Services Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic and daily activities of Casey's transport maintenance operations. This includes the oversight of three geographically separated proprietary service facilities, as well as the third-party maintenance vendors across Casey's transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management and corrective actions for direct reports. Collaborate with team members on career development and goal setting. Also includes evaluating operational performance at the service center level to ensure that Casey's objectives are met.

• Drive, align and contribute with to the standardization of procedures for all preventative and reactive maintenance activities with the transport operations.

• Stay abreast and implement efficiencies and best practices. Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

• Support company goals and continue to drive out 3rd party cost and limit the downtime of our fleet.

• Conduct training with site personnel relative to issues found during the evaluation and/or audits at the site level.

• Perform root cause analysis of issues and assist the team in developing strategies to improve the operations. This includes support in the development of new service standards.

• Complete inventory audits within your supporting region to ensure accuracy and limit any losses to the organization.

• Drive key metrics/KPI's within your region by providing hands on training with the fleet maintenance software and provide counsel when needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
