Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization. We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join out team in West Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all fleet vehicles and equipment are documented, titled, and accurately registered. The position requires organizational skills and competencies in administration, cost allocation, tax liability, US DOT and state vehicle regulations, vehicle specifications, and general accounting practices.

The Fleet Coordinator ensures the effectiveness of fleet operations by keeping all vehicles in compliance with vehicle registration, titling, vehicle taxes, and allocating costs properly.

Determine the proper vehicle class of new units and register them appropriately in the jurisdiction they will operate. Monitor fleet utilization for each business unit.

Identify the vehicle financing and obtain titles for each finance stream and jurisdiction.

Identify units that qualify for registration in the International Registration Program and obtain the same. Identify and obtain International Fuel Tax Agreement permits and stickers.

Insure quarterly reporting and payment of fuel tax liability.

Assist in the preparation of lease and loan packages and complete required vehicle documentation Ensure accurate sales and use tax liability and remit payments as required. Ensure proper transfer of ownership as loans and leases of vehicles expire.

Act as assistant fuel card administrator and perform that function as needed.

Obtain and issue vehicle insurance cards as needed. Process payments for national accounts, vehicle driver safety program accounts, and other invoices as needed.
