We are currently seeking an Assets Analyst, who is responsible for monitoring Fleet cost and procedural analysis within the scope of the West Region business model.

This includes working closely with the Fleet, Tools, and Facilities Managers in decision-making based on procedure and cost analysis. Under general direction, performs research and analytical work for the Assets department, particularly in the areas of cost management, schedules, performance benchmarking, and action plan tracking. Reports the ongoing effectiveness of various procedures, policies, and strategies by using cost accounting methods and developing justification and documentation.

These responsibilities must be performed within the boundaries of a safe working environment. This role is located at our Headquarters location in Pomona, CA. Responsibilities Reviews output reports from our information systems, analyzes for patterns and trends, prepares reports and graphs depicting results of these analyses, and recommends appropriate follow-up actions.

Analyze and interpret complex data relevant to fleet assets to support decision-making and improve fleet efficiencies.

Provides support to the fleet team leadership to develop policies, procedures, and process improvements to assist with proper fleet maintenance and performance tracking activities. Communicate with Operations, and other functional support departments to assist in resolving issues and clarifications.

Conducts research and analysis related to total cost of ownership, fuel consumption, analysis, and pricing; and other fleet-related issues.

Conducts cost studies on the operation and maintenance of the fleet. Review and ensure data input integrity, equipment transfers, and proper account reconciliation.

Performs performance benchmarking analysis. Performs other related duties as required.
