Fleet Accounting Specialist

The Fleet Accounting Specialist will work with accounting, operations, and finance to support the company's leasing and fleet businesses. Position pays $70,000/year.

Responsibility Profile:

• Apply for and process funding on company's credit line

• Set up and maintain loan information in the company's ERP system

• Review and maintain required customer documents

• Maintain internal controls

• Prepare monthly journals

• Monthly account reconciliations

• Assist the controller with reporting, audits, and other accounting processes

• Manage annual credit line audit

• Assist with monthly reporting analysis

• Process and send customer invoices

• Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years' accounting experience is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred. Must be very organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. The candidate will need experience with Excel and ERP systems.
