Fleet ABS Administration Analyst

Job Purpose

The Fleet Administration Analyst works directly with corporate management, ownership and investment banks in coordinating and completing assigned tasks related to asset protection, fleet administration, and more.

Accountability

  • Completion of assigned tasks relating to system data analysis, inventory, and tracking of automotive fleet through disposal, acquisition and financing

  • Handle a high volume of data requests with a resolution approach

  • Working directly with investment banks, field and corporate employees, and outside vendors as it pertain to claims, auctions, and manufacturers as well as parts and supply vendors.

  • Reporting both to banks, senior management, and ownership as needed with respect to financing, acquisitions, disposals and re-titling vehicles

  • Vehicle registration, title organization and car control (impounds, stolen/conversion, etc.)

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Educational Background/Professional Experience Required:

  • 4 year Degree from accredited college (Accounting/ Finance preferred)

  • Advanced proficiency and reporting skills in Excel is required for this role

  • Prior experience administrative/office with preference for car rental industry experience

  • Prior experience presenting financial data to management and ownership

  • Prior car rental and auction software experience is preferred

  • Have a general understanding of car rental policies and procedures

  • Possess the ability to organize and express ideas and information clearly, accurately, and effectively through verbal and written capabilities

  • Ability to interact with financial institutions

  • Must be professional and promote a positive attitude among customers and peers.

  • Must have excellent administrative, organizational/time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Diligent follow-up skills and organized task execution.

  • Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office.

  • Must be at least 21 years old and be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screens.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

About the COBRA Benefits Administration Implementation Configuration Analyst Position In this role you will provide support to the COOBRA Implementation Project Manager by handling all aspects of data configuration, import, and updates as it pertains to an employer group's COBRA and their COBRA qualified beneficiaries. You will work closely with Implementation Project Manager to for transitioning the employer group to the Customer Support Team and/or account management for ongoing service. You will ensure accountability for the success of assigned projects. In addition, your responsibilities will include: * In partnership with the Implementation Project Manager, support in gathering all facts and documents utilized during the sales process. * Configuration and test the employer group's COBRA Benefits Administration site * Work with QA on configuration audits * Download employer group census, and upload into the COBRA system * In partnership with the Implementation Project Manager, support the flow/timeline of the implementation to the established deadlines and escalate when necessary * Support the EDI Team on managing the implementation of all electronic interfaces requested by the employer group. * Resolve employer group data discrepancies and validation report errors * In partnership with the Project Manager, support the handoff process from Implementation to Service/Account Management to ensure employer group satisfaction and continuity * Retain accountability for successful implementation projects * Backup to Implementation Project Manager * Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager * All other duties as deemed necessary by management About You As the COBRA Benefits Administration Implementation Configuration Analyst, you will bring two or more years technical experience such as help desk support, benefits administration implementation or software configuration along with your strong project management skills.
