Fixed Equipment Engineer is a key role within the Fixed Equipment Reliability Team. Responsibilities include: PCMS software implementation, practical application of codes and RAGAGAEP in support of maintenance and capital projects, as well as development and execution of Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance (ITPM) plans for fixed equipment. Knowledge and understanding of relief device systems is also preferred. Managing testing frequencies and utilization of RBI will be important in further developing the Decatur Site's Mechanical Integrity Program.
The ideal candidate exhibits high standards for excellence and an ability to collaborate with maintenance, operating units and other sites within the company.
TARGETED OUTCOMES
Documentation of new ITPM scopes for all fixed equipment to detect probable failure modes identified through Damage Mechanism Reviews
Implementation of a management process for inspections, findings and funding requirements for execution recommendations
Develop a dashboard view of asset health for all critical fixed equipment.
Ownership of the Inspection Monitoring Software- PCMS
