  • At least one year of experience in Cloud Contact Center design and implementation.

  • Ability to layout design approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center with Enterprise Business Applications.

  • Ability to create low level design documents.

  • Ability to design the solution in compliance with customer's security standards.

  • Responsible for integrating Five9 Contact Center with Enterprise Business Applications.

  • Ability to callout risks if any in the early stage of the project.

  • implement and support Five9 Cloud Contact Center solution.

  • Participate in security and solution review discussions

  • Create SOP document

  • Working experience of enterprise Cloud Contact Center solutions such as Nice, Genesys, Five9.

  • Working experience with automation tools such as Python, PowerShell or others

  • Working experience with cloud networks

  • CISCO KSAs is a plus

  • Cisco Call Manager 12.0 and up

  • Cisco Collaboration, gateways/ISR's

  • Certificate management

  • Network & Application level security

  • TCP/TLS
