Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitter / Welder located in Knoxville, TN. The Fitter / Welder will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, fitting and welding metal components, operating welding equipment, and ensuring the quality and integrity of welds. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Welding, Fitting, and Metal Fabrication skills Experience in interpreting engineering drawings Ability to operate welding equipment Knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Physical stamina and strength for welding activities Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus High school diploma or equivalent
