Fitness Trainer

Rare opportunity to join a small, tight-knit team, at a boutique kickboxing studio in Saratoga Springs. This position will be in charge of the studio during their shifts. Responsibilities include running the floor, maintaining a fun and positive environment, teaching members new techniques and improving their skills, giving trial sessions, and selling memberships. Candidates must be open to receiving and giving training according to brand standards, regardless of their current knowledge and fitness background.

Requirements

Must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings 4pm-8pm.

• Availability for additional coverage other mornings and evenings is a plus.

Must be available to attend Staff Meetings once a month.

Experience not required, training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Fitness, boxing, kickboxing, MMA experience is a plus.

Trainers receive free membership.

Must have a passion for fitness and helping clients reach their goals.

Ability to be on your feet and active for a 4 hour shift.

Outgoing and personable. Able to form personal bonds with clients.

Must be comfortable selling memberships.

Pay starting at $18/hr, commensurate with experience.
