What You Will Do:

The Fitness Studio Manager is wholly responsible for a studio location and driving outstanding business and fitness results. You will accomplish this by inspiring your team to achieve, empowering them to act, and motivating them to believe their goals are possible. You will see members everyday and motivate them, listen to them, and celebrate their successes with them. You also have the opportunity to coach 4-6 classes each week to deliver the Orangetheory Fitness experience and connect with members under the orange lights.

• Grow Studio Performance: Achieve performance goals by generating leads, booking workouts, and selling memberships to help customers get results which you know ultimately changes lives.

• Develop the Fitness Team: Lead by example, train people to train people and develop people to grow into their career path goals. Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure studio opens/closes daily, is clean, stocked and follows all Orangetheory Fitness brand standards. Model the behaviors we want to see to ensure the team delivers an exceptional Orangetheory experience for every member!

Your Work Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of successfully leading fitness and/or sales teams to achieve business goals.

• You can sell yourself, train others to sell, and move the numbers of the business.

• Lead generation experience with community outreach, events, B2B relationships, etc.

• Worked in a high energy, fast-paced environment and achieved results.

• Ability to take on new challenges and be open to growth and innovation.

• Flexible work schedule is needed; this location is open Monday - Sunday.

• Personal Training or Group Training certification and experience, or willingness to get certified.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
