BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Fitness Specialist for a Per Diem role with our Fitness and Wellness office. The Fitness Specialist will lead scheduled exercise classes designed to develop and maintain positive fitness levels for residents in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities) in Tarrytown, NY.

As a member of our Senior Living Team, you will be an integral component of a continuum of care. Our multi-disciplinary health care team provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to maintain their independence.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for a Fitness Specialist include:

  • Lead scheduled group exercise classes for the residents of Senior Living Communities.

  • Develop fitness classes which are designed to develop and promote positive fitness levels for a senior population.

  • Be able to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 am to 12 pm.

Qualifications

Qualifications for a Fitness Specialist include:

  • Certification as a Fitness Instructor, or equivalent, through an accredited national exercise/fitness organization such as ACSM, NSCA, ACE, IDEA or SFA.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Fitness Specialist, preferably in a senior services setting.

  • Have a current CPR card.

  • Ability to travel to Senior Living Facilities, as assigned

Summary The Commercial Operations Senior Specialist - Commercial Contracting is a key contributor to the team responsible for providing proactive support to the Regeneron Commercial organization. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Commercial Contracting with the oversight of the end-to-end contracting process of healthcare professionals and/or other technical expert consultants. Responsibilities * Assist Manager of Commercial Contracting with reviewing and managing the Needs Assessment process for the contracting of healthcare professionals and/or technical experts who perform consulting services for Regeneron. * Support project sponsors in their completion of accurate and comprehensive needs assessments (NAF forms), thereby accelerating Law Department reviews. * Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure credentialing requests are processed on time. * Responsible for drafting contracts using pre-approved templates. * Monitor contract status and credentialing requests. * Conduct comprehensive background checks for all consultants using established Regeneron resources and processes. * Serve as the liaison between Commercial Operations, Legal, and Compliance regarding said contracting to ensure full compliance with all statutes, laws, guidelines, policies and procedures. * Review all experts fee for service and out of pocket expenses to ensure compliance with their contract and adherence to Regeneron's policies and procedures. * Collect and consolidate required close-out documents. * Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations (both State and Federal) that relate to consulting services and promotional activities, thereby actively contributing to Regeneron's continued compliance with same. Requirements * Bachelors degree required. * 4 + years of \"progressive\" industry/relevant professional experience. * 2 + years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, healthcare professionals and field-based employees. * Experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotech and/or biologics industry. * Demonstrated understanding of the Physician Open Payments Act and all associated reporting requirements. * Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Able to handle confidential information, exercising good judgment with discretion and attention to pertinent detail(s). * A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, think and act pro-actively, to ensure process adherence along with capture of all required data and documentation.
