We are looking for an ambitious, versatile, positive, and energetic Membership Sales Manager to join our F45 Hoboken family. The F45 Membership Sales Manager will play a vital role within the team, to ensure that membership enrollment and the member experience exceeds expectations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, and eager to share the F45 experience with each person they meet!

Responsibilities Include:

● Generate leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach

● 1-2 call drives per day to follow up on leads

● Lead management & nurturing withing our CRM system

● Initiating and developing local business partnerships

● Follow sales protocol with all leads

● Proactively presenting membership options with confidence

● Overcoming objections

● Sharing in depth knowledge of F45 training sessions

● Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

● Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment

Key Attributes of the F45 Membership Manager:

● 1-year fitness sales experience (required)

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Knowledge of social media and texting/call platforms

● Passion for fitness, healthy lifestyle and commitment to help others

● Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to build strong sense of community with our members daily

● Highly energetic, motivated, and outgoing

● Sales driven - motivated by meeting sales goals.

● Excellent attention to detail

● Punctual and reliable

● Comfortable learning new technology

● Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality

Experience & Qualifications:

● 1-year fitness sales experience (required)
