Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce. At the Columbus Distribution Center, our Fitness Trainers play a key role in supporting our vision of elevating the world through the power of practice. They positively impact the lives of those around them simply by being their motivating and influential selves and by doing what they love every day. Our trainers wake up each morning excited to educate and to enable our distribution center team to achieve their sweatiest goals and create the conditions for people to live a life they truly love. In partnership with the Distribution Center Leadership team, they create solutions from a place of possibility to continuously innovate fitness offerings. a day in the life: Schedule preferred Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm

• Offer personal, group, and team training and consultation to lululemon employees and agency workers in line with their fitness levels and goals

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on employee desire and goals

• Maintain a clean and organized fitness area, tidying and sanitizing after each training session

• Engage in lululemon training, personal development, and team building from a fitness and wellbeing perspective

• Routinely audit the fitness facility and wellness offerings; make suggestions for enhancing our current fitness equipment and technology

• Plan, organize, and lead large group fitness/wellness activities on and off campus

• Create a welcoming environment for all employees, the DC is a multi-cultural facility

• Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees in an attentive and courteous manner

• Work under limited supervision and lead, guide, and coordinate others including education on correct form and modifications as needed

• Provide weekly reporting on gym attendance, personal training utilized, upcoming events, feedback, and maintenance needed

• Support and partner with vendor relationships, which could include coordinating schedules and consult on offerings and partnership

• Create and conduct learning activities around nutrition and physical activity

• Ability to maintain a safe environment in the gym

• Ability to assess individual fitness levels and create personalized training programs

• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification

• Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an approved education company

• Previous training experience required

• Multilingual preferred

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $21.35-23.73/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 5%, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $22.42- $24.92.
