The Electronic Services Division (ESD) supports all goals, most directly sustaining and enhancing agency infrastructure and business processes, by improving collaboration outcomes between WSP business and technology divisions, using consistent planning processes, increasing business continuity capabilities, and providing quality communication services.This position supports that mission by completing the ESD fiscal activities involving accounts payable, contracts with vendors, billing and invoice documents, assisting budget planning functions which enhances the Agency's and the Division's fiscal ability to continue providing public safety services.

Our new teammate will be able to:

  • Process all Electronic Services Division Payments.

  • Maintain fiscal report analysis, accounts payable discrepancies and resolution in accordance with GAAP.

  • Analyze, monitor, review, and audit all ESD contracts.

  • Maintain division travel documents to support invoices/costs for travel by division staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, which includes at least 18 quarter hours or 12 semester hours in accounting.

  • One year of relevant (accounting, auditing budgeting or similar fields) professional work experience or a combination of education (to include the required credit hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting) and relevant professional work experience totaling 5 years.
