We are seeking a FIS Business Systems Analyst/ Sr. FIS Business Systems Analyst to:
Lead and complete regularly scheduled update procedures for Finance applications including evaluation of new features and functions, regression testing, and support.
Ensure accuracy of actual, planning, and budget data through audits, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
Develop source data inputs, data mappings, and validation strategies to ensure controls are maintained.
Lead in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Lead in developing and maintaining application content.

Education:
If FIS Business Systems Analyst:
Minimum -
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in technical support or application support in financial data-based environments may be considered in lieu of the degree
If Senior FIS Business Systems Analyst:
Minimum -
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in technical support or application support in financial data-based environments may be considered in lieu of the degree
Work Experience:
If FIS Business Systems Analyst:
Minimum
Preferred -
Health care experience
Support of Oracle Cloud environments and/or similar applications
If Senior FIS Business Systems Analyst
Minimum
Preferred -
Five (5) years technical and functional experience in Finance modules and/or relevant operations experience
Health care experience
Support of Oracle Cloud environments and/or similar applications
