Role Overview and Responsibilities

1st Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday
Full benefits package is included!
Starting wage: $17.50 - $19.00 hourly with opportunity to grow
Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements
Sufficient Mechanical SKill to set-up and run winding machinery
Count wire turns on a variety of coil forms
Lead-out and stacking (hand stacking under a microscope or utlizing a large stacking machine)
Solder by dipping or using solder iron
Utilize taping methods for transformers and coring
Perform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructions
Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process
Assist in training new employees
Pull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as needed
Records time and quantity produced on timesheets daily
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training
Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries
Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions
Use measuring instruments, i.e. ruler, caliper, Optical Comparator
Good eye-hand coordindation
Previous work with microscope
Ability to effectively problem solve
Ability to work independently or on a team
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
