Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First-Line Product & Service Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 777 Quality Team in Everett, WA.

In this supervisory organization, you will have the opportunity to manage salaried quality professionals that provide data, status, and updates for conformance and compliance projects to drive successful business decisions improving quality facilitating continuous improvement within the 777 Production System value stream.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

• May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of formal or informal leadership role
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management activities
• 3+ years' experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports
• 3+ years' experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
• 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or the One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
• 1+ years of Repair Station Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 5+ years of knowledge and performance within the Quality Management System preferred

• SQL, Tableau, and statistical software tools familiarization and/or use preferred

• Project management software familiarization and/or use preferred

• Available to support work statement on any shift and/or weekends

• 1+ years of experience programming using python

• Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: 115,600 - 156,400
