Firmware - Software Engineer

In recent years at Vizrt, we have worked hard to move our applications into modern frameworks and technologies to be even better equipped to develop new, innovative solutions. We have learned a lot, but still believe we can be even better and are therefore looking for a driven and skilled front-end developer who can help us become even better and more professional. 

About the role:

• Linux application programming in C/C++
• Experience working with Linux devices (eg: GPIO, UART, I2C, SPI, UIO)
• Experience programming microcontrollers in assembly or C/C++, bare-metal or with an RTOS

Helpful/desired:

• Familiarity with gitlab, gitlab-ci, and docker
• Specific experience with AVR or ARM Cortex-M33 devices
• Ability to read schematics and data-sheets
• Familiarity with basic electronics lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
• Experience with Linux device-tree generation for embedded platforms
• Familiarity with Ethernet networking in general, experience at the packet level even better

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent skills and experience
