Job Description Job Description Firm Administrator/ HR & Accounting Law firm D.C. area $100k-$115k, plus benefits, flexible work schedule/great work-life balance My client is a growing law firm in need of a Firm Administrator to lead the human resources and accounting for the organization. The Firm Administrator will manage office operations, including administrative staff, and oversee AP, AR, and human resource duties candidates with experience working in law firms are highly encouraged to apply.
The Firm Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: •Responsible for all HR matters, including benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding new hires •Process accounts payable, receivable, and payroll in QuickBooks •Perform bank reconciliations, accounting, client billing, collections • Develop and update of organization’s policies and procedures and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook •Develop, maintain, and prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs •Perform accurate and timely Bank Reconciliations •Maintaining vendor files, and facilities for the organization All interested candidates in this Bookkeeper opportunity and other full-time opportunities in Accounting Operations please send your resume to Justin Decker via LinkedIn.
