Firefighter/Paramedic

As a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Hastings, you will provide quality care and service to our community. The Hastings Fire and EMS Department is a dual-role department, it delivers both fire services as well as pre-hospital emergency medical service care through its Advance Life Support paramedic ambulance service.

The Department consists of a Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector, Fire Captains, full-time firefighter/paramedics, paid on-call firefighter/EMTs, and administrative support. The Hastings Fire Department's service area is one of the largest in the Twin Cities at 150 square miles.
