Requirements for Fire Sprinkler Service Technician: Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter Card Required Willingness to work occasional night shifts, weekends, and alternative hours to meet the needs of the customer. Required Fire Sprinkler installation and repair experience is required.

Backflow testing certification OR/WA is preferred. Portland Fire Extinguisher Certification is preferred. Active Driver License.

Required Adequate communication skills and a personable demeanor. Portland and Washington Fitter Card Preferred. Familiar with NFPA 25, NFPA 13/13D/13R.

Required Have a growth mindset and obtain certifications promptly Essential Duties for Fire Sprinkler Service Technician: Submitting all reports and relevant paperwork promptly. Perform Fire Sprinkler inspections, service, repairs, and minor tenant improvement tasks.

Carry out backflow testing, and repairs. Service, test, and replace Fire Extinguishers. Manage a 40-hour workweek, with rotational on-call duty for emergency service Daily communications with the Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements, and general status of jobs.
