This role will support the Fire & Security businesses. Provide leadership and analysis support to the global and Americas Fire and Security and ISC operations leadership teams and the ISC Finance Leader to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, this role will encourage a continuous drive on productivity and necessary return on investments, while ensuring strong controllership and compliance. The role's main responsibilities are leading the Fire and Security ISC finance teams in Business Partnering with the site leaders & influencing all activities at the sites to achieve its financial objectives. The role will actively partner with the ISC FP&A team as well as business FP&A teams. This role will lead a team of Americas site finance leaders and FP&A support as well as provide work direction to the finance team in the GFC in India. This role is responsible for reporting out global ISC results for the Fire and Security businesses. This role reports to the ISC Finance Leader.

You will also develop/maintain standard reporting and MOS focused around productivity / spend performance and working capital (inventory / payables) and other required functional support to the Fire and Security and ISC leadership teams, and all leadership touch points throughout the month. Planning and estimating will also be a key support area involving establishing the standard calendars, development of the necessary tools as well as coordination between the business and ISC teams on target alignment.

Key Responsibilities
1.Drive financial performance in the Fire and Security portfolios

  • Lead efforts across the sites for robust productivity pipelines, cost containment actions, and driving accountability to targeted commitments

  • Support the identification of recovery / mitigation plans to improve performance

  • Support the business to achieve overall operating income performance

  • Drive working capital improvement across the sites via robust project pipelines and execution of key activities to reduce inventory and increase payables
    2.Provide key support and transparency to the business & ISC leadership teams

  • Provide key reports and analysis to the global and Americas Fire and Security ISC leadership, FP&A and ISC Finance Leaders on current performance metrics, future forecasts and associated risks and opportunities

  • Assess opportunities for portfolio/site rationalization where it makes sense and present this information to leadership

  • Provide leadership for investment decision making via financial validation and cost benefit analysis

  • Leadership for the STRAP, AOP, SRO and forecasting processes

  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects as required
    3.Team leadership and coaching

  • Ensure financial leaders are exercising strong leadership for their sites and providing the necessary support to drive performance

  • Drive COO mentality for the team and provide coaching and direction where required

  • Building a strong pipeline of talent to ensure smooth succession planning and hand off

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • English proficiency

  • 10+ years of accounting/finance experience with increasing responsibility

  • 1+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports

A focus on environmental management & energy conservation will contribute to the overall business strategy, reduce environmental risks and mitigate adverse environmental impacts associated with supply chain operations. SCOPE and dimensions This role will report to the Global Engineering director within the KC Professional Supply Chain organization. The role involves supporting the management of environment and energy conservation activities and initiatives across the regions/businesses. The incumbent must provide leadership and support of the Sustainability 2022 deployment within KCP, in alignment with the framework provided by the Global Sustainability team and the needs of the regional businesses and works to ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulatory requirements and standards of performance. This includes deployment of supporting tools, systems, capabilities and technical solutions to improve the KCP's supply chain environmental position and performance. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Deploys the K-C EHS Management System framework and performance standards. * Conducts/participates in internal audits/assessments of K-C's EHS Management System requirements and environmental performance standards. The required experience is normally found in an individual with 10 years of experience in an environmental role, preferably in support of a manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods company.
