Hiring Range DOQ: $3,585.60 - $3,999.20 bi-weekly

Job Summary

The Emergency Medical Officer will direct comprehensive policy and procedure for Sioux Falls Fire Rescue (SFFR) Emergency Medical Services, Department Health and Safety, Return-to-Work, and Fitness for Duty Examination.

Qualifications and Skills

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse:

Graduation from an accredited APRN training program. A master's degree in nursing is required. Must hold or have ability to obtain within 90 days of hire a valid South Dakota Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. One (1) year of experience desirable; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

Physician Assistant:

Graduation from an accredited physician assistant training program. Must hold or have ability to obtain within 90 days of hire a valid South Dakota Physician Assistant License. One (1) year of

experience desirable; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
