We have an exciting opportunity in the Chicagoland Area for an experienced Fire Alarm Division Manager. As a successful Fire Alarm Division Manager, you will excel at building, maintaining, and elevating team relationships with customers from first contact to closing deals, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business and enduring relationships. You Are:
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Previous sales management experience in the Alarm industry with proven success in team building, relationship management, and selling Fire Alarm contracts and repeat business.
- A LEADER: Demonstrated competency in leading teams to close deals through effective negotiations.
- TECHNICAL: In-depth knowledge of the Alarm industry and it's supporting infrastructure.
- A MOTIVATOR: Ability to inspire and work independently; goal-oriented and customer-oriented with strong leadership skills.
- A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate and present both verbally and in writing to varied levels of audiences.
What You'll Do:
- LEAD: Oversee and guide a team of sales professionals; identify and cultivate potential leaders within the team; unify the team under a shared vision for success and the company.
- ACHIEVE: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed overall team sales targets.
- COORDINATE: Oversee the review of drawings and blueprints, manage site visits, and system layouts as needed for projects.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Enhance team dynamics to make a positive impact with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- CLOSE THE DEAL: Lead your team in the development, estimation, presentation, and securing of Fire Alarm Contracts.
