Finish Carpenter - Holland Area

Express Employment is currently seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter in the Holland Area. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing wooden and other materials in various construction and remodeling projects to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
• Install cabinets, moldings, doors, and windows with precision and care
• Sand and finish surfaces to ensure a smooth and polished look
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on construction projects
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations on job sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finish carpentry
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
