Finish carpenters work from blueprints, sketches, and building plans to meet client specifications Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials: They use hand and power tools to create and install detailed structures and fixtures, primarily using wood Installing final touch items: This includes molding, trim, stairs, doors, cabinets, shelving, and hardware Repairing and replacing damaged wood products or fixtures Ensuring proper installation and safety standards for all carpentry structures Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the worksite Ordering supplies and materials as needed Coordinating with other professionals and communicating with clients Qualificaitons High School diploma desired but not required 2-3 years with carpentry experience, could be as framers, finish or regular carpenters.
