PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To efficiently assist IdentoGo customers, including Amarillo ISD staff with fingerprinting services. (230 Days)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education/Certification:

A high school diploma or equivalent

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills

Excellent telephone skills and etiquette

Proficient skills in typing, word processing, data entry, scanning and file maintenance

Ability to operate computer and other office machines

Ability to multi-task and priortize

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

Work Conditions:

Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals

advanced equipment including all fingerprinting hardware, software, and peripherals

Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting

Motion: Repetitive hand motions including prolonged keyboarding & use of mouse; occasional

reaching

Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying (less than 50 pounds)

Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours; frequent interruptions; Must maintain

professional demeanor under stress; Must have problem solving skills.

Regular attendance is an essential function.

Minimum Experience:

Prior clerical experience as required by supervisor

Must be a U.S. Citizen

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1.Provide fingerprinting services to Amarillo ISD staff and the public as needed

2.Coordinate the ordering and use of fingerprinting materials

3.Maintain effective communication with IdentoGo

4.Assist with IdentoGo fingerprinting requests as needed

5.Manage questions or concerns regarding fingerprinting; in-person, phone, or email

6.Maintain a clean and sanitized work area

7.Use effective communication skills to present information accurately and clearly

8.Maintain confidentiality

9.Perform other duties as assigned
