You will perform account maintenance and accounting support work requiring knowledge of accounting systems, policies, procedures used to verify and reconcile data and analyze reports.
You will perform technical work in support of the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, and custody of cash items including handling cash and cash items or use of cash accountability control methods.
You will examine documents for accuracy, adequacy, satisfaction or default in fulfilling contractual obligations, and compliance with regulations.
You will determine pay, payroll records maintenance, and completion of reports pertaining to civilian employees of the Federal Government, answering requests and providing advice on pay-related rules, regulations, and procedures.
You will support budget analysis and administration such as maintaining ledgers, budget formulation, compiling, consolidating, checking, and arranging funding data.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining and analyzing financial data, pay issues, or budgetary records; AND providing technical advice concerning financial systems.
