DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Systems Manager oversees the operation, maintenance and procedures of the bank's financial systems, performs due diligence, scope, and implements new software, and maintains databases. The Financial Systems Manager is the subject Matter Expert on the nCino platform, and provides training and support for staff.
This position works with the IT Department and all areas of the bank to meet business requirements, and ensures that consistent practices, regulatory requirements and applicable controls are met and maintained.
The incumbent will:
Manage special requirements of the nCino Banking platform system.
Create and manage special reports and queries as needed.
Oversee improvements to the current system, and conversion to the new systems.
Troubleshoot software and user errors.
Run system updates as needed.
Manage nCino database security.
Authorize new users and assign roles per business need requirements.
Create new user security profiles.
Perform a quarterly review of security file to delete inactive users and unauthorized activity.
Meet all deadlines for reporting and audit preparation.
Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred or eight years of experience in the field and creating and building special reports and automated financial reports from accounting systems as required for audits and as needed to keep leadership informed (dashboard)
Proficiency in all aspects of nCino, and Salesforce software to include managing security.
Knowledge of proper structure of funds, departments and detail accounts, ability building special reports, training system users.
Experience with Excel including Pivot Tables, and SQL Reporting
Solid understanding of financial reporting for annual audits; and good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with a variety of financial systems concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
Able to perform a variety of tasks; lead and directs others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:
Sustained standing and sitting
Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor
Occasional lifting and/or moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise
