Advance Auto Business Support LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Manager at its Raleigh, NC location.

Job Description: Responsible for the technology infrastructure that supports the planning, consolidations, and analytics processes for the overall company.

Responsible for the various financial and related information systems, ensuring optimal reporting, performance, and workflow. Serve as a hands-on expert of financial technology, interfaces, data extracts and reporting for multiple software solutions. Participate in installations, upgrades, and other projects related to financial systems.

Responsible for development and implementation of enhancements and will be instrumental in transforming the financial consolidation, planning and management/ internal/ external reporting processes. Responsible for financial systems and data model creating, maintenance and administration. Work with the Finance function teams, IT teams, and the business units to ensure that the reliability and performance of all performance systems is maximized.

Create, deploy, and maintain technical requirements, project planning, system designs, and documentation of processes, backups, updates, and improvements. Meet with system owners, decision makers, and end users to define business financial operations requirements, goals, and to identify and resolve issues. Lead implementation decisions, develop cost-benefit analysis and return on investment business cases supported by detailed scope of work definition, deliverables, timeframes, and methodology.

Improve business and financial processes and operations by leading and collaborating in the design planning, development, and deployment of enhancements to existing financial systems and new applications, as well. Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing financial systems and develop new strategies to improve or further leverage the company's financial systems and create efficiencies across the Company by evaluating business processes, recommending improvements, and identifying new opportunities. Develop, deploy, and maintain financial reporting, consolidation, modeling tools, and dashboards.

Lead maintenance and administration activities of financial systems (Oracle EPM suite of products). Responsible for user coordination and support around business processes, including periodic financial close, Periodic Forecast's recording and reporting, Annual Operating Plan. Responsible for application backups, date cleanup, enhancements, migration, patch release testing to ensure stable user experience over time for Oracle EPM applications. Responsible for the development and configuration of new features and products if not working on enhancements on existing applications.

Team mentoring and user training as and when needed. Periodic Audit reviews, User access reviews, documentation updates. Ability to extract, integrate, and automate data flows and process leveraging technologies such as (SQL, ODBC, ETL Tools, MaxL, EPMAutomate etc). Ability to define problems, collect data, perform analysis, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of senior management, department heads, and the Finance/IT/Business teams. Attention to quality, reconciliation, and accuracy are critical as the audience is often executive level staff and the decisions being made are significant in scope/impact. Creativity and vision to recommend ways to evolve our infrastructure, process, and analytic capabilities. Mentor and collaborate with other Analysts within the broader organization.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study.

Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Position requires four (4) years of experience in financial software implementation or upgrades, system administration, or maintenance and support of financial systems in any occupational title. Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience with the following: Experience with multiple technologies and discernment of which to apply in different environments and use cases is necessary; and Developer experience in Oracle/Hyperion Technologies (Hyperion Planning, Consolidations, Essbase, Reports, Smartview, FDMEE, etc.). Experience may be gained concurrently.
