Under immediate supervision, the Financial System Analyst will be responsible for working with the Oracle Fusion Cloud support team to create and ensure adherence to system controls, understand and perform regular system maintenance, create new processes and process flows, support the Accounting department relative to system issues and other ad hoc tasks as they relate to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to the Accounting department personnel relative to Oracle Fusion Cloud system issues.
Manage processes including weekly segment hierarchy tree loading, new value request approval routing and managing HR notifications for new and terminated employees.
Review daily system feed imports and work with Accounting to make corrections if applicable.
Contribute to documenting the development of longer term solutions to improve effectiveness of processes, reduce risk and promote efficiencies.
Assist in documenting accounting end user computing.
Assist in development, testing and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Help assist end users with questions and issues by providing training and updating end user's manual
Work to ensure that solution, process, or end user knowledge is shared amongst other team members and documented well.
Work with Oracle Support to resolve system issues by opening and managing Service Request tickets.
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting or systems related field required
0-4 years' related experience required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, root/cause analysis and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology.
