Job Description Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION Assist the Finance department with routine tasks including but not limited to bill payment processing, requisitions, and more. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Maintaining all A/P records Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies Review invoices for accuracy Review expense reports and cross check receipts to ensure documentation is maintained for accurate reimbursement and auditing Prepare bank deposits, take deposits to bank, and record all receipts in the appropriate ledgers Assist with the preparation of financial statements Assist in the facilitation of year-end audit work papers, and the preparation of PBCs Ability to prioritize and complete project work/assignments according to deadlines Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written form(s) Ability to use sound, professional judgment in decision-making, add innovation and creativity to work, use detail-oriented approach to complete workload Must be able to work independently and collaborate with others Ability to protect the confidentiality and sensitivity of information Assist with other accounting projects REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2-5 years A/P, A/R or administrative experience Individual must:

Work successfully independently and within a team, shifting tasks, prioritize tasks, problem-solve daily, and complete work within deadline Demonstrate excellent customer service, helpfulness, and a positive attitude.

Exhibit experience and working knowledge of local community resources Hold current drivers’ license and reliable transportation. Travel to all parts of the facility and throughout the community.
